Legacy Isn’t About the Past- It’s About Trust That Lasts

Friday contemplations…I’ve been reflecting recently on how rare, and how valuable, true continuity is in our industry.

A legacy investment client with a high-value central London property portfolio recently asked if they could still come to me for advice, even though I was no longer affiliated with the organisation we’d originally met through. My answer: of course. That kind of trust doesn’t dissolve- it deepens over time.

And it’s not just individual clients.
