  • Led operational transformation for a fast-scaling PRS/BTR leasing and property management company
  • Delivered 1,500+ tenancy transactions in 2024 while maintaining high service standards

Lettings Principal, Dolphin Square (2018–2020 and 2005–2007)

  • Managed 1,069-unit portfolio in the landmark Dolphin Square estate
  • Appointed by Westbrook Partners to lead revenue strategy, tenant sourcing, and key negotiations
  • Increased occupancy from 80% to 97.5%, supporting the successful £850m+ sale to AXA
  • Oversaw compliance, breach management, and legal proceedings

National Head of Lettings, Strutt & Parker (2011–2016)
